2. Change the title on the form to the name of your business.
3. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner and copy the link to the form.
4. Add the link to your website, social media page or your Linktree or other link supporting site.
5. You client click on the link and gets taken to the form where they will complete and submit the form to you.
